Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5040A10 AIR CONDITIONING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT - DRYING AND REPRESSURIZINGDisconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Undo the bolts (1a), disconnect the pipe (1b) and move aside the expansion tank (1b). 1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the pipes (1b) from the compressor to the expansion valve, intermediate connector side. 1. Undo the fixing nut (1a) and disconnect the pipe (1b), expansion valve side.Remove the pipe Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe is not damaged.If it is, replace the pipe.Connect the pipe on the expansion valve side and secure it with the nut.

Connect the pipe to the section of pipe connected to the compressor, and secure them both to the intermediate connector with the relevant nut.
