Position the vehicle on a lift.Attach the radiator to the body shell using cord or metal wireRaise the lift. Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R..1. Undo the bolts (1a) and (1b) fixing the crossmember to the bodyshell and to the plastic side shields.2. Undo the bolts fixing the crossmember to the front bumper.Release the rubber mountings supporting the radiator and the windscreen washer fluid reservoir from the crossmember.3. Remove the engine radiator support beam. | If the vehicle is equipped with a power assisted steering pump, the rigid pipes for the power assisted steering fluid cooling coil must be released from the fastenings on the crossmember. |

Position the crossmember, fastening the rubber mountings for the radiator and the windscreen washer fluid reservoir.Tighten the fixing bolts to the bodyshell, the front bumper and the wheel arch liners.Tighten the bolts fixing the crossmember to the bodyshell to torque. | Fastening | Component | Ø | Value(daNm) |
