) Position the vehicle on a lift.Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1092C10 POWER STEERING AND/OR SELF-LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP DRIVE BELT - R + R Op. 1080B94 FRONT LAMBDA SENSOR AT CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R.R. Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD R+R1. Arrange a suitable container beneath the vehicle to recover the engine coolant; then open collar (1a) and disconnect lower radiator pipe (1b).

1. Unscrew the bolts securing the rigid inlet pipe to the water pump, water pump side, and recover the residual coolant in an appropriate container.

1. Unscrew nut (1a) and bolt (1b) securing the power steering pump mount.2. Move the power steering pump mount out of the working area.

1. Unscrew bolt (1a) and nuts (1b) securing the bracket to the alternator.2. Remove the power steering pump bracket on the alternator from the engine compartment.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the water pump (1b) with gasket.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the water pump, complete with new O-ring, in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Position the power steering pump bracket on the alternator and tighten the bolt to the specified torque.

Tighten the nuts securing the power steering pump bracket to the alternator to torque.

Positionthe mount with power steering pump in its original position and tighten the bolt to the specified torque.

Tighten the nut securing the power steering pump mount.Tighten the bolts securing the rigid inlet pipe to the water pump to the recommended torque.

Op. 1092B54 ALTERNATOR/WATER PUMP DRIVE BELT - ADJUST TENSION Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R. Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGEConnect the negative battery terminal.
