Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7055B43 REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER (ONE) LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.    Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL1. Disconnect the rear section of the single supply pipe from the pump.2. Using the tool (2a), undo the ring nut (2b) and remove the fuel pump (2c).

1. Disconnect the pipes connecting the vapour separator to the float valves from the rapid connectors.2. Open collars (2a) and disconnect fuel filler pipe (2b) and reflux pipe (2c) from the tank.3. Remove the complete fuel filler pipe. 1. Undo and remove the two float valves, complete with pipes. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the two float valves complete with pipes.Fit the complete fuel filler.Connect the fuel filler pipe and the reflux pipe, securing them to the tank using new bands.Connect the pipes connecting the vapour separator to the float valves to the rapid connectors.Fit the fuel pump and tighten the ring nut.

Replace the gasket under the fuel pump and take care when refitting to check that the gasket is correctly positioned ensuring the seal.

Tighten the ring nut to torque using the special tool.
