Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Carry out    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R..1. Disconnect the lower radiator coolant outlet hose, radiator side.

Manually press the clips and withdraw the hose rapid connector. Collect the coolant in a suitable container.

Carry out    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R..Carry outCarry out    Op. 1092C10 POWER STEERING AND/OR SELF-LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP DRIVE BELT - R + R.Carry out    Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT - R.R..1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the coolant pump (1b) complete with gasket. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the water pump (1a), complete with gasket in position, then tighten the nuts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Carry out    Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT - R.R..Carry out    Op. 1092C10 POWER STEERING AND/OR SELF-LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP DRIVE BELT - R + R.Carry outCarry out    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R..Connect the rapid connector for the radiator lower coolant outlet hose to the radiator.Refill the engine cooling system    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE.Carry out    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R..Remove the vehicle from the lift.
