2584202 - 1032C10 MOVING timing TENSIONER - R.R. with timing belt/chain removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the mobile timing belt tensioner (1b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Use a suitable tool (e.g. vice) to set the chain tensioner and hold it fully back with a retaining pin.
If a new mobile timing belt tensioner is fitted, this is supplied by Part already set and held fully back with a pin.
1. Position the fixed timing tensioner (1a) in its housing and secure it tightening the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.

Once the timing chain has been fitted, remove the mobile tensioner pin and check that the mobile tensioner piston is in contact with the pad.
