Removing ( Refitting ) Position the car on the ramp.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Carry out    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+RCarry out    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.RCarry out    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.RCarry out1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the air flow meter.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the the turbocharger air inlet sleeve from the rigid pipe, air flow meter side. 1. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the hose (1b) from the air intake.2. Remove the air filter (2a) complete with air flow meter (2b) by releasing from the underlying pins and then from the rear fastenings. Position a lift under the engine and discharge the weight of the power unit from the flexible mounting.1. Undo the nut fixing the power unit gearbox side rigid support to the flexible mounting. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the gearbox side rigid power unit support (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the power unit gearbox side rigid support (1a) in position and tighten the fixing bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Undo the nut fixing the gearbox side rigid power unit support to the flexbile mounting to the specified torque.
