2584213 - 1036B36 front crankshaft oil seal-r r with timing belt removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Disconnect the engine oil vapour recovery pipe from the cam cover.2. Disconnect the connection sleeve to the filter casing from the cover.3. Undo the bolts fixing the exhaust gas supply pipe from the EGR valve.4. Undo the retaining bolts.5. Remove the cam cover with build-in vapour intake ducts.Recover the underlying gasket.
    Op. 1032B40 TOOTHED DRIVEN PULLEY (ONE) - R + R WITH TIMING BELT REMOVED1. Undo the bolt (1a) fixing the cap, undo the fixing bolts (1b) and gently lift the camshaft bearing lubrication pipe, then remove the cap (1c).2. Remove the camshaft oil seal.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the camshaft cap.Tighten the bolts fixing the cap and the lubrication pipe.Tighten the bolts fixing the caps to torque.

1. Fit the new oil seal (1b) on the camshaft using the tool (1a).
