Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a lift.    Op. 5040A10 AIR CONDITIONING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT - DRYING AND REPRESSURIZINGDisconnect the battery negative terminal.    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R.1. Undo the bolts (1a), disconnect the pipe (1b) and move aside the expansion tank (1b). 1. Undo the fixing nut (1a) and detach the pipes (1b). 1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a) and disconnect the pipe (1b), compressor side. Undo the pipe from the retaining bands and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe is not damaged.If it is, replace the pipe.Fit the pipe and secure it with its bolt to the compressor.Connect the two sections of pipe and fix them with the nut.Fit the expansion tank, secure it with its bolts and connect the water supply pipe from the engine.    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R.Connect the battery negative terminal.    Op. 5040A10 AIR CONDITIONING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT - DRYING AND REPRESSURIZINGRemove the vehicle from the lift.
