Removing ( Refitting ) Position the car on the ramp.Drain the air conditioning system    Op. 5040A10 AIR CONDITIONING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT - DRYING AND REPRESSURIZING.Proceed with removal    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the brackets (1b) joining the air conditioning condenser - radiator - fans.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the pipe from the condenser to the drier filter (1b), condenser side.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and disconnect the pipe from the air conditioning compressor to the condenser (2b), condenser side.
Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.
1. Release the air conditioning condenser and remove it.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the air conditioning condenser back in its housing.1. Connect the pipe from the air conditioning compressor to the condenser (1a), condenser side and secure it tightening the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.
Replace the O-Ring seals for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A coolant fluid. Lubricate the thread of the connectors using anti-freeze.

2. Connect the pipe from the condenser to the drier filter (2a), condenser side and fix it tightening the bolt (2b) to the recommended torque.

Place the brackets joining the air conditioning condenser - radiator - fans and fasten them using the bolts.Proceed with refitting    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPERRefill the air condiitoning system.    Op. 5040A10 AIR CONDITIONING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT - DRYING AND REPRESSURIZINGRemove the car from the ramps.
