Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in the stop position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Proceed with the removal    Op. 7055B43 REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER (ONE) LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.(Right side).Proceed with the removal    Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL.1. Disconnect the fuel supply and return pipes from the pump.2. Using the tool (2a), undo the ring nut (2b) and remove the fuel pump (2c).

1. Loosen the bands (1a) and disconnect the fuel filler pipe (1b) and reflux pipe (1c) from the fuel tank.2. Remove the complete fuel filler pipe. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit in its seating the complete fuel filler pipe, connect it and secure it with the bands to the fuel tank.Place the fuel pump in its seating and secure it with the ring nut, using the tool for tightening the latter.

Replace the gasket under the fuel pump and make sure that the gasket is positioned correctly ensuring a seal.
