Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a lift.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R..    Op. 3330C40 BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR CAP - R + R.Draw off the brake fluid from the reservoir using a syringe.Remove a front wheel, proceed as in the example    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R..1. Remove the retaining clip (1a) and use tool (1b) to undo the connector (1c) for the left front brake pipe.

1. Use wrench (1a) to disconnect left front brake pipe fitting (1b) from the master cylinder.

2. Remove the rigid pipe from the master cylinder to the left front brake.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit a new rigid pipe.
When positioning the pipe, take care not to damage or bend.
Screw in the rigid pipe fitting for connection to the hose and tighten using a wrench. Fit the brake pipe retaining clip.

Connect the left front brake pipe fitting to the master cylinder.

Refit the front wheel, proceed as in the example    Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R..    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R..    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.    Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND/OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY.    Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - BLEED AIR.    Op. 3330C40 BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR CAP - R + R.Remove the car from the lift.
