Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a ramp.1. Position an appropriate stand beneath the tank in order to support it.2. Undo the tank bracket retaining bolts.3. Lower the tank (3a) and disconnect the electrical connector (3b).

Release the electrical wiring from the securing bands.
Before removing the electrical wiring from the housing it is advisable to connect a general sensor to each individual connector so that the routing of the section of cable removed can be retraced. This operation makes it possible, when refitting, to restore the correct routing of the wiring removed.
Remove the electrical wiring and release each individual connector from the sensor connected to it. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the wiring is undamaged and that the individual conductors are firmly attached to the connections.If necessary, check the continuity.Connect each individual connector to the sensor used previously in order to facilitate the routing of the section of cable removed in its original position.Pull the end of the sensor and restore the routing of the electrical wiring.Carry out the same operation for all the electrical connectors for the rear wiring.Position the rear electrical wiring, securing it using the new retaining bands.Disconnect each individual electrical connector from the sensor.Connect the electrical connectors:

Place the car on a ramp.Raise the ramp.Position an appropriate stand beneath the tank in order to support it.Tighten the bolts fixing the tank brackets.Lower the tank, connect the electrical connector to the electric pump and secure the section of wiring using new retaining bands.
