Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a lift.    Op. 3330C40 BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR CAP - R + R.Draw off brake fluid from the reservoir using a syringe.Raise the lift.1. Use wrench (1a) to unscrew rear brake pipe connector (b) from the cylinder.

2. Remove anchorage clip (2a) and unscew connector (2b) connecting the rigid pipe to the intermediate hose using wrench (2c).

3. Release the pipe from the retaining clips on the rear axle, then remove the pipe.
Plug the disconnected pipe ends to prevent fluid emerging.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit a new rigid pipe.
When positioning the new rigid pipe, take care not to damage or bend.
Screw the rigid pipe connector to the rear cylinder and tighten.

Tighten the rigid pipe fitting to the intermediate hose, then position the retaining clip.Secure the rigid pipe to the rear axle using the retaining clips.    Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND/OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY.    Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - BLEED AIR.    Op. 3330C40 BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR CAP - R + R.Remove the car from the lift.
