Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Disconnect the negative battery terminal.    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.    Op. 1016A20 SINGLE TAPPET COVER -R.R AND REPLACE GASKET    Op. 1036B32 CAMSHAFT SEAL SUPPORT WITH IGNITION COIL R + R INCLUDING SEAL REPLACEMENT    Op. 1032D12 TIMING SYSTEM PROTECTIVE COVER(S) - R + R    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R.    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R.    Op. 1092B60 ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT - R + R    Op. 1092A10 CRANKSHAFT PULLEY - R + R    Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT    Op. 1032B40 TOOTHED DRIVEN PULLEY (ONE) - R + R WITH TIMING BELT REMOVED1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the oil supply pipe (1b) to the camshaft covers.2. Unscrew bolts (2a) and remove camshaft sealing covers (2b), (2c) and (2d).3. Remove the camshaft. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Position the camshaft.2. Position sealing covers (2a) and oil delivery pipe (2b).3. Tighten the bolts fixing the sealing covers to torque.

4. Use tool (4a) to fit a new oil seal (4b) in its seat on the front cover.
