Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R.    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE - R.R.    Op. 1092B60 ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT - R + R1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the rpm sensor (1b) from its seat.2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the crankshaft pulley (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) Position the pulley and tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

Undo the bolt fixing the rpm sensor.Use a feeler gauge to check that the gap between phonic wheel and sensor is within specified values.
