2584825 - 5040A50 pipe from compressor to air conditioner condenser - r+r

Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5040A10 AIR CONDITIONING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT - DRYING AND REPRESSURIZINGDisconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and move the expansion tank (1b) aside. 1. Undo the bolt fixing the pipe to the condenser.2. Unscrew bolt (2a), connector side, and remove pipe section (2b).3. Undo the compressor fixing bolts.4. Unscrew bolt (4a) securing the pipe bracket (4b), then remove pipe (4c). Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipes are not damaged.Place the pipes in position.Secure the pipes with the bolts, condenser side and compressor side.Tighten the nut, connector side between the first and second pipe section.Tighten the bolt fixing the pipe bracket.Position the expansion tank and secure with bolts.    Op. 5040A10 AIR CONDITIONING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT - DRYING AND REPRESSURIZINGConnect the negative battery terminal.
