Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.(Gearbox side)    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.RRaise the lift partiallyPlace an arm lift beneath the engine to support it while removing the mount.1. Undo the nut fixing the engine mount to the flexible block. 1. Undo retaining bolts (1a) and remove gearbox side engine mount (1b) from the wheel arch compartment. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the gearbox end engine mount and tighten the bolts securing it to the body to torque.

Tighten the nut securing the engine mount to the flexible block to the recommended torque.

Remove the arm lift used to support the power unit.Lower the lift.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R(Gearbox side)    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.Remove the car from the lift.
