Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Fit the top and bottom hinges, and loosely tighten the bolts.Fit the outward opening door, without tightening the bolts to torque.Adjust and centre the outward opening door, using the hinge slots, bodywork side.Check the alignment with the outer profile and that the top and bottom locks line up with their respective strikers.On completion of adjustment, remove the outward opening door.Tighten the top and bottom hinge bolts to torque, bodywork side. | Fastening | Component | Ø | Value(daNm) |
