244002647 - 1043B11 RIDIG DELIVERY PIPE FROM SOLENOID VALVE TO PRESSURE FITTING/SENSOR - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) Drain the supply pipe from the supply solenoid valve to the injectors, following the instructions in the procedure:    Op. 1043A02 LPG SYSTEM LINES PIPE DRAINING OPERATIONSDisconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Disconnect the connector (1a) for the supply pipe to the supply solenoid valve (1b).2. Disconnect the connector (2a) on the intermediate block for the supply line with the LPG pressure sensor.3. Remove the rigid supply pipe (3a) from the supply solenoid valve to the pressure sensor/connector; if this operation proves difficult, loosen the nuts (3b) fixing the intermediate block. Refitting ( Removing ) Position the rigid supply pipe from the solenoid valve to the LPG pressure sensor/connector.Tighten the connector for the rigid supply pipe on the solenoid valve to the recommended torque.

Tighten the connector for the rigid supply pipe on the intermediate block to the recommended torque.

If they are loose, tighten the nuts fixing the intermediate block/pressure sensor to the mounting bracket.    Op. 1043A04 GPL SYSTEM AND PIPES CHECK FOR LEAKSConnect the negative battery terminal.
