) Drain the return pipe from the injectors to the return solenoid valve, following the instructions in the procedure: Op. 1043A02 LPG SYSTEM LINES PIPE DRAINING OPERATIONSDisconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Undo the nuts (1a) and move the engine coolant reservoir (1b) away from the work area, leaving the pipes connected.

1. Disconnect the connector (1a) for the return pipe on the return solenoid valve (1b).2. Disconnect the connector (2a) on the intermediate block for (2b) the LPG return line.3. Remove the rigid return pipe (3a) from the solenoid valve to the intermediate connector; if this operation proves difficult, loosen the nuts (3b) fixing the intermediate block.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the rigid return pipe from the solenoid valve to the LPG intermediate connector.Tighten the connector for the rigid return pipe on the solenoid valve to the recommended torque.

Tighten the connector for the rigid return pipe on the intermediate block to the recommended torque.

If they are loose, tighten the nuts fixing the intermediate block to the mounting bracket.Position the engine coolant reservoir and secure it using the nuts. Op. 1043A04 GPL SYSTEM AND PIPES CHECK FOR LEAKSConnect the negative battery terminal.
