244002656 - 1043B13 FLEXIBLE DELIVERY PIPE FROM FITTING TO INJECTORS - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) Drain the supply pipe from the supply solenoid valve to the injectors, following the instructions in the procedure:    Op. 1043A02 LPG SYSTEM LINES PIPE DRAINING OPERATIONSDisconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Disconnect the connector (1a) for the supply pipe to the intermediate block (1b) for the supply line; keep the seal underneath taking special care not to damage the pipe threaded seat. 1. Undo the connector (1a) on the LPG injector body (1b); keep the seal underneath taking special care not to damage the pipe threaded seat.2. Remove the flexible supply pipe from the connector to the injectors. Refitting ( Removing )

Replace the seals each time the flexible supply pipe is removed.

Position the flexible supply pipe from the connector to the injectors complete with new seals.Tighten the flexible pipe connector to the injector body.

Tighten the connector for the flexible supply pipe to the supply line intermediate block with the LPG pressure sensor:

    Op. 1043A04 GPL SYSTEM AND PIPES CHECK FOR LEAKSConnect the negative battery terminal.
