Removing ( Refitting ) Drain the supply pipe from the supply solenoid valve to the injectors, following the instructions in the procedure:    Op. 1043A02 LPG SYSTEM LINES PIPE DRAINING OPERATIONSDisconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the LPG injectors.

2. Undo the nuts (2a) and move the petrol injector cable loom duct (2b) aside.
1. Undo the connector for the rigid return pipe from the injectors, on the injector holder body; keep the seal underneath taking special care not to damage the pipe threaded seat.2. Undo the connector (2a) joining the rigid pipe with the flexible LPG return pipe (2b) from the injectors; keep the seal underneath taking special care not to damage the pipe threaded seat.3. Undo the bolts fixing the bands (3a) and remove the rigid return pipe (3b) from the injectors.
Refitting ( Removing )
Replace the seals each time the rigid LPG return pipe from the injectors is removed.
Position the LPG rigid return pipe and secure it to the injector holder bracket using the retaining bands.Screw in and tighten the connector for the rigid return pipe from the injectors to the injector holder body to the recommended torque.
