244000821 - 1058A62 PIPE CONNECTING CNG INJECTORS TO INTAKE - R&R

Removing ( Refitting ) Drain the low pressure circuit as described in the operation:    Op. 1042A02 METHANE SYSTEM SAFETY SET UPDisconnect the negative battery terminal.    Op. 1058A60 SINGLE CNG MANIFOLD PIPE COMPLETE WITH INJECTORS - R R1. Undo the retaining nuts.2. Remove the CNG single manifold pipe mount bracket. 1. Remove the retaining collars on the cylinder head.2. Remove the pipes connecting the injectors to the intake. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the pipes and use the bands to secure them to the cylinder head.

Check the bands are properly closed and that the pipes are correctly fitted to the head.

Fit the CNG single manifold pipe mounting bracket and tighten the retaining nuts.    Op. 1058A60 SINGLE CNG MANIFOLD PIPE COMPLETE WITH INJECTORS - R RConnect the negative battery terminal.
