) - Position the vehicle on the lift. Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R1. Remove the air delivery sleeve to the air-air heat exchanger (Intercooler).

1. Undo the bolts securing the power steering fluid reservoir bracket.2. Disconnect the fluid pipes from the reservoir.3. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir with bracket.

1. Remove the second section of the air delivery sleeve to the air-air heat exchanger (Intercooler).

1. Disconnect the right front light cluster electrical connection.

2. Disconnect the collars at both ends and remove the air pipe from the intercooler to the intake manifold.

1. Undo retaining bolt (1a) and remove the engine oil dipstick pipe (1b).

1. Undo fitting (1a) and disconnect pipe (1b) from the fuel manifold.

1. Undo lower coolant sleeve (1a) and upper coolant sleeve (1b) from the rigid pipes.

Collect the coolant in a suitable container.

2. Disconnect the coolant sleeve to the heater from the rigid pipe.

1. Disconnect the rigid coolant pipe sleeve from the thermostat.2. Disconnnect the rigid pipe sleeve from the heat exchanger.

1. Undo bolts (1a) joining the intake manifold to the bracket for rigid engine coolant pipes (1b).2. Undo the bolt securing the rigid pipe bracket to the intake manifold.3. Remove the rigid pipe from upper radiator sleeve to thermostat together with the rigid pipe from lower sleeve to heat exchanger.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit the rigid pipe from upper radiator sleeve to thermostat together with the rigid pipe from lower sleeve to heat exchanger.- Tightenn the rigid pipe retaining bolts to torque.

- Connnect the rigid pipe sleeve to the heat exchanger.- Connect the rigid coolant pipe sleeve to the thermostat.- Connect the coolant sleeve to the heater to the rigid pipe.- Connect the lower coolant sleeve and upper coolant sleeve to the rigid pipes.- Fit the engine oil dipstick tube and tighten the retaining bolt.- Screw in the fitting on the return pipe from the single fuel manifold to the return manifold to torque and tighten to torque.

- Fit air pipe from the intercooler to the intake manifold and connect the collars at both ends.- Connect the right front light cluster electrical connection.

- Fit the second section of the air delivery sleeve to the air-air heat exchanger (Intercooler).- Fit the power steering fluid reservoir with bracket.- Connect the oil pipes to the reservoir and tighten the bolts securing the power steering reservoir bracket.- Fit the air delivery sleeve to the air-air heat exchanger (Intercooler).- Refill the power steering system with the appropriate fluid.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
