Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R See in Op. 1040B62 See in Op. 1040A101. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the ring nut (1b). 1. Raise the submerged pump, release the perimeter seal (1a) from its housing, then remove the fuel pump (1b) complete with level gauge. 1. Open the band (1a) and remove the hose joining the filler pipe and the tank (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the hose joining the filler pipe and the tank.- Position the fuel pump, complete with new gasket, in its housing in the tank.- Tighten the nuts fixing the fuel pump ring nut to the tank.
