244001140 - 3340B56 RIGID PIPE FROM HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT TO RIGHT FRONT BRAKE - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on the lift.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R- Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve on the rear brake calipers.- Connect the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) to the rear brake caliper bleed valve.- Operate the brake pedal until the brake/clutch reservoir is drained.1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the ABS control unit.

2. Undo the connector at the ABS hydraulic control unit.
- Release the ABS pipes fastened to the wheel arch from the springs.    Op. 7095E14 FRONT SUSPENSION SOUND INSULATION SHIELD (ONE) LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.1. Remove the metal spring retaining the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake.2. Undo the connector between the flexible front brake pipe and the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake.
- Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake from all the springs.- Lower the lift.    Op. 1048A21 FILTER INPUT SLEEVE - R R1. Disconnect the engine rpm electrical connection.

2. Release the fuel pipes from the support.
1. Release the pipes for the additional heater from the springs and move them outside the work area.2. Release the oil vapour recovery pipes from the springs and move them aside.
1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) from the mounting bracket (1b).
1. Remove the bracket.
1. Open the lower flexible fuel filler pipe band.
- Raise the lift1. Release the fuel breather pipe from the springs.2. Undo the bolts fixing the bracket for the additional heater electric pump.3. Release the lower fuel filler pipe from the bands.
1. Remove the lower section of the fuel filler pipe.
- Steer the wheels to the left.1. Remove the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit at the right wheel.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Steer the wheels to the left.- Fit the rigid pipe from the right front brake hydraulic control unit.- Screw in the connector at the ABS control unit without tightening it to torque.- Screw in the connector at the flexible front brake pipe without tightening it to torque.- Tighten the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake at the ABS control unit.

- Attach the metal spring to the connector between the rigid pipe from the right front brake hydraulic control unit and the flexible front brake pipe.- Attach the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake to all the springs.- Fit the lower fuel filler pipe.- Fasten the lower fuel filler pipe band.- Lower the lift.- Position the bracket and fasten it using suitable bolts.- Fasten the fuel pipes to the springs.- Attach the pipes for the additional heater to the retaining springs.- Connect the engine rpm esensor lectrical connection.    Op. 1048A21 FILTER INPUT SLEEVE - R R- Attach the lower fuel filler pipe to the bands.- Tighten the bolts fixing the bracket for the additional heater electric pump.- Attach the fuel breather pipe to the springs.    Op. 7095E14 FRONT SUSPENSION SOUND INSULATION SHIELD (ONE) LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.- Connect the electrical connection for the A.B.S. control unit.- Fit the protective cap on the bleed valve on one of the front brake calipers.    Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM BLEED AIR    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R- Connect the negative battery terminal.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.- Test the operation of the braking system.
