1. Disconnect the three rapid connectors for the fuel pipes from the fuel return manifold.2. Disconnect the rapid connectors for the two fuel pipes from the pressure pump.3. Undo the fixing bolt (3a), disconnect the injector recirculation pipe (3b) and remove the return manifold (3c) complete with pipes.
Refitting

- Fit the return manifold pipe complete with fuel pipes.- Connect the fuel recirculation pipe for the injectors to the return manifold.- Tighten the bolts fixing it to the cylinder head.- Connect the rapid connectors for the two fuel supply and return pipes to the pressure pump.- Connect the three fuel pipes to the return manifold.
