Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on the lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R1. Release the electrical wiring secured to the crossmember.2. Undo the bolts securing the front bumper to the crossmember.3. Undo the bolts securing the beam to the side struts.- Remove the radiator support beam. Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the radiator support beam.- Tighten the bolts securing the beam to the side struts.

- Secure the wiring to the lower radiator crossmember.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
