Removing ( Refitting

) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 1008C34 BRACKET ON GEARBOX FOR LOWER REACTION ROD - R.R. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 4410D22 BRACKET FIXING FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER TO BODYSHELL (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R. Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 1092G11 ENGINE COMPONENTS SINGLE DRIVE BELT - R.R. FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONING 1. Release the rear silencer (1a) from the flexible mountings (1b).

- Lower the lift.

Position a suitable hydraulic lift for supporting the engine.

1. Undo the fixing nuts on the bodyshell for the engine flexible mounting, engine side.

Using the hydraulic lift, raise the engine in order to access the bolt fixing the moving tensioner.

1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a) and remove the moving tensioner (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the moving tensioner (1a) in position and tighten the fixing bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.

Using the hydraulic lift, lower the engine in order to centre the timing side flexible mounting openings on the studs on the bodyshell.

1. Tighten the fixing nuts on the bodyshell for the engine flexible mounting, engine side to the recommended torque.

- Remove the hydraulic lift used previously for supporting the engine.- Secure the rear silencer to the flexible mountings. Op. 1092G11 ENGINE COMPONENTS SINGLE DRIVE BELT - R.R. Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
