312000395 - 1092G15 ENGINE COMPONENT SINGLE BELT MOVING TENSIONER - R.R. WITH BELT REMOVED

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Working from underneath the vehicle: 1. Disconnect rear silencer (1a) from flexible mounts (1b). - Lower the lift.

Position a suitable hydraulic lift to support the engine.

1. Undo the engine flexible mounting nuts on the body, engine side.

Using a suitable hydraulic lift, raise the engine to allow access to the moving tensioner retaining bolt.

1. Undo bolt (1a) and remove moving tensioner (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Position moving tensioner (1a) in its housing and tighten retaining bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.

Using a hydraulic lift, lower the engine so that the flexible mounting openings, timing side, centre on the body studs.

1. Tighten the engine flexible mounting nuts on the body, engine side, to the recommended torque.

- Remove the hydraulic lift used to support the engine.- Attach the rear silencer to the flexible mounts.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
