1. Undo retaining bolt (1a), release engine rpm sensor and variable valve timing wiring looms from retaining clip (1b) and remove protective cover (1c).
Refitting

- Position the protective cover in place and tighten the bolts.- Attach the engine rpm sensor and variable valve timing wiring looms to the associated retaining clip.

1. Undo retaining bolt (1a), release engine rpm sensor and variable valve timing wiring looms from retaining clip (1b) and remove protective cover (1c).
