- Position a suitable container for collecting the engine coolant. Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R Op. 4410D22 BRACKET FIXING FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER TO BODYSHELL (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R. Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER Op. 7210A17 UPPER FRONT CROSSMEMBER - R.R. 1. Open the band (1a) and disconnect the radiator coolant inlet pipe (1b).2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine fan regulation resistance.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine cooling fan.

1. Open the retaining clip (1a) and disconnect the coolant outlet pipe (1b) from the radiator.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and place the condenser (1b) to one side.

1. On both sides, undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the engine cooling radiator complete with fan (2b).

1. Working at the bench, undo the bolts (1a) and separate the fan (1b) from the radiator (1c).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Working at the bench, fit the fan on the radiator and tighten the fixing bolts.- Place the radiator complete fan in position and tighten the bolts.- Reposition the condenser in its housing. 1. Connect the coolant inlet pipe to the radiator (1a) and secure it using the retaining band (1b).2. Connect the electrical connection for the engine fan regulation resistance.

1. Connect the electrical connection for the engine cooling fan.

- Connect the coolant outlet pipe to the radiator and secure it using the retaining band. Op. 7210A17 UPPER FRONT CROSSMEMBER - R.R. Op. 7210E10 R.R. Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE - Connect the negative battery terminal.
