Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE - Position a suitable container for collecting the coolant. 1. Open the retaining bands (1a) and disconnect the engine coolant supply (1b) and return (1c) pipes, supply reservoir side 1. Open the retaining clip (1a) and disconnect the coolant outlet pipe (1b) from the radiator. 1. Open the retaining band (1a) and disconnect the lower coolant outlet hose (1b), engine oil heat exchanger side. 1. Remove the coolant outlet hose from the radiator complete with multi-way connector and flexible pipes.2. Working at the bench, open the retaining band (2a) and separate the coolant outlet hose (2b) from the multi-way connector. Refitting ( Removing ) - Working at the bench, connect the coolant outlet hose to the multi-way connector and secure it using a new retaining band.- Fit the coolant outlet hose from the radiator complete with multi-way connector and flexible pipes in place.- Connect the coolant outlet hose, engine oil heat exchanger side and secure it using a new retaining band.- Connect the coolant outlet pipe to the radiator and secure it closing the mounting clip.- Connect the flexible pipe between the coolant reservoir and the multi-way connector, coolant reservoir side and secure it using a new retaining band.    Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE     Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE
