FRONT BUMPER 1. Undo the fixing nut (1a) and disconnect the low pressure pipe (1b), expansion valve side.

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

2. Release the pipe from the retaining clip. 1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a) and disconnect the low pressure pipe (1b), compressor side.

- Remove the pipe from the housing. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe is not damaged; if it is, replace it.- Replace the o-ring seals for the connectors using seals that are resistant to R134A refrigerant fluid.

Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.

1. Connect the pipe (1a), compressor side and tighten the fixing bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.
