FRONT BUMPER 1. Undo nut (1a) and disconnect pipe (1b), expansion valve side.

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

2. Release the pipe from the securing clip. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the linear sensor.

2. Undo securing clips (2a) and release pipe (2b). 1. Undo bolt (1a) and disconnect pipe (1b), condenser side.

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

- Remove the pipe from the housing. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe is not damaged; if it is, replace it.- Replace the o-ring seals for the connectors using seals that are resistant to R134A refrigerant fluid.

Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.

1. Connect pipe (1a), condenser side, and tighten bolt (1b) on supporting bracket (1c) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect the electrical connection for the linear sensor.

2. Secure retaining clips (2a) and pipe (2b). 1. Connect pipe (1a) to the expansion valve and tighten nut (1b) to the recommended torque.
