K045 HEATER PLUGS WARNING LIGHT NOT WORKING - Fiat - NUOVA 500 - eLearn

With the ignition ON, the heater plugs warning light does not come on.

The warning lights take the form of LEDs built into the electronic circuit and are NOT therefore replaceable

1	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
		Test results
	Connect the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) to the diagnostic socket.Check:- that there are no faults in the engine management control unit;- the plausibility of all the parameters.	Move on to Step 2	1. No communication with the control unit.2. Control unit faulty.	1. Restore:a) connection between the engine management control unit and the diagnostic connector;b) engine management control unit power supply See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT 2. Continue following the instructions on the diagnostic equipment.

	Carry out active diagnosis on the glow plug warning light using the tester in engine control unit mode	Move on to Step 3	The warning light does not flash.	Replace the Instrument PanelOp. 5560C50 COMBI ANALOGUE CONTROL PANEL - R.R.
