Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 1088D10 RADIATOR COOLANT OUTLET HOSE - R.R. Op. 1048B14 AIR DELIVERY HOSE BETWEEN TURBOCHARGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER - REPLACE Op. 1092G11 ENGINE COMPONENTS SINGLE DRIVE BELT - R.R. FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONING 1. Open the bands (1a) and disconnect the air supply hose from the heat exchanger to the rigid pipe (1b), heat exchanger side.

1. Open the band (1a) and disconnect the pipe (1b) from the engine coolant radiator.

1. Unscrew the bolts (1a) and disconnect the high and low pressure pipes (1b) for the air conditioning system, compressor side.

1. Release the intermediate section of the exhaust pipe (1b) from the flexible mounting (1a).

1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a) for the water pump (1b).

Op. 1088B10 ENGINE COOLANT SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R. Op. 1008B10 POWER UNIT FRONT SUPPORT FLEXIBLE MOUNTING (TIMING SIDE) - REPLACE - Gently lower the power unit and remove the water pump from its seat.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit the water pump in place and screw in the fixing nuts without tightening to torque. Op. 1008B10 POWER UNIT FRONT SUPPORT FLEXIBLE MOUNTING (TIMING SIDE) - REPLACE Op. 1088B10 ENGINE COOLANT SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R. 1. Tighten the nuts (1a) fixing the water pump (1b) to the recommended torque.

- Secure the intermediate section of the exhaust pipe to the flexible mounting. 1. Connect the air conditioning pipes to the compressor (1a) and tighten the fixing bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

- Connect the coolant inlet pipe to the radiator and secure it using a new retaining band.- Connect the air supply hose from the heat exchanger to the rigid pipe and secure it to the retaining band.
