) 1. Open bands (1a) and disconnect the air supply hose from the heat exchanger to rigid pipe (1b), heat exchanger side.

1. Open band (1a) and disconnect the coolant outlet pipe to radiator (1b).

1. Unscrew bolts (1a) and disconnect high and low pressure pipes (1b) from the air conditioner system, compressor side.

1. Disconnect exhaust pipe (1b) intermediate section from flexible mount (1b).

1. Undo nuts (1a) from water pump (1b).

Op. 1088B10 ENGINE COOLANT SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R. Op. 1008B10 POWER UNIT FRONT SUPPORT FLEXIBLE MOUNTING (TIMING SIDE) - REPLACE - Gently lower the power unit and remove the water pump from its housing.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit the water pump in its housing and screw in the nuts without tightening to torque. Op. 1008B10 POWER UNIT FRONT SUPPORT FLEXIBLE MOUNTING (TIMING SIDE) - REPLACE Op. 1088B10 ENGINE COOLANT SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R. 1. Tighten water pump (1b) nuts (1a) to recommended torque.

- Attach the exhaust pipe intermediate section to the flexible mount. 1. Connect the air conditioning pipes to compressor (1a) and tighten bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

- Connect the coolant inlet pipe to the radiator and secure it using a new retaining band.- Connect the air supply hose from the heat exchanger to the rigid pipe and connect it to the band.
