This vehicle can be fitted with a simple system that heats the passenger compartment air.This system comprises a heater unit and a control panel.

The following functions are available to the user:

• heating the passenger compartment air
• manual recirculation
• variation of the flow rate of the air entering the passenger compartment
• direction of the incoming air flows

These functions can only be set manually by the user (there is no automatic management) using the control panel shown in the figure below.1. Fan knob with speed selection (4 positions)2. Heated rear windscreen activation/deactivation buttonThe transmission of the air mixing, air distribution and recirculation commands from the knobs to the heater casing takes place by means of bowden cables.The heater unit fitted on the crossmember supporting the dashboard is identical to the climate control unit with the exception of the specific components for the air dehumidification and refrigeration circuit.Inside the heater (in addition to the flaps and the anti-pollen filter) is the radiator-heater, in which the engine coolant circulates, plus the pipes.
