Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R     Op. 4410D22 BRACKET FIXING FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER TO BODYSHELL (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.     Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 7210A17 UPPER FRONT CROSSMEMBER - R.R. 1. Open small band (1a) and disconnect the intermediate air supply pipe between the turbocharger and heat exchanger (1b). 1. Open small bands (1a) and disconnect the air supply hose from the heat exchanger to rigid pipe (1b), heat exchanger side. 1. Remove the rivets using a a drill with a suitable bit.2. Undo bolts (2a) and remove turbocharging air/air heat exchanger (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the turbocharging air/air heat exchanger in the housing.2. Tighten the retaining bolts to the recommended torque.

3. Fit new rivets. - Connect the air supply hose from the heat exchanger to the rigid pipe and secure it to the small retaining band.- Connect the intermediate air supply hose between the turbocharger and rigid heat exchanger and secure it to the small retaining band.    Op. 7210A17 UPPER FRONT CROSSMEMBER - R.R.    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.     Op. 4410D22 BRACKET FIXING FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER TO BODYSHELL (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.     Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R - Connect the negative battery terminal.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
