Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1060F20 PIPE FROM PRESSURE PUMP TO FUEL MANIFOLD - R.R. 1. Disconnect the quick coupling for the fuel supply pipe from the filter to the pressure pump, pressure pump side.2. Loosen band (2a) and disconnect fuel return pipe (2b) from the pressure pump, pressure pump side.     Op. 3330D30 VACUUM UNIT - R+R 1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove pressure pump (1b) for diesel injection. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Position pressure pump (1a), complete with coupling and new o-ring, in its housing and secure by tightening bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

    Op. 3330D30 VACUUM UNIT - R+R - Connect the fuel return pipe to the pressure pump and secure with the retaining band.- Connect the quick coupling for the fuel supply pipe to the filter to the pressure pump, pressure pump side.    Op. 1060F20 PIPE FROM PRESSURE PUMP TO FUEL MANIFOLD - R.R.     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R
