Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1048B18 INTERMEDIATE AIR SUPPLY PIPE FROM TURBOCHARGER TO HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R.    Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R     Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE     Op. 1084B40 ENGINE OIL DELIVERY PIPE TO TURBOCHARGER - R + R     Op. 1080B90 LAMBDA SENSOR - R.R.    Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.     Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R     Op. 1076B40 CENTRE EXHAUST PIPE - R.R.     Op. 1064A11 TURBOCHARGER WITH CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R.R. 1. Undo the bolt securing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, engine block side.2. Undo the bolts securing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.3. Move the engine oil heat exchanger coolant inlet pipe (3a) aside complete with gasket (3b).

Collect the coolant that comes out in a suitable container.

1. Undo engine block nuts (1a) and remove exhaust manifold (1b).2. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket. Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit a new exhaust manifold gasket.- Fit the exhaust manifold in position and tighten the nuts to the recommended torque.

- Fit the engine oil heat exchanger coolant inlet pipe in position complete with gasket in place.

Fold over the gasket safety tabs

- Tighten the bolts securing the engine oil heat exchanger coolant inlet pipe, heat exchanger side.- Secure the bolt securing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, engine block side.    Op. 1064A11 TURBOCHARGER WITH CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R.R.     Op. 1076B40 CENTRE EXHAUST PIPE - R.R.     Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R     Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.     Op. 1080B90 LAMBDA SENSOR - R.R.    Op. 1084B40 ENGINE OIL DELIVERY PIPE TO TURBOCHARGER - R + R     Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE     Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R     Op. 1048B18 INTERMEDIATE AIR SUPPLY PIPE FROM TURBOCHARGER TO HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R.    Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 0010T21 ENGINE COOLANT - CHECK DENSITY AND TOP UP, IF NECESSARY - Connect the negative battery terminal.
