Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R 1. Undo bolts (1a) and nut (1b) and remove engine oil filter cover (1c). 1. Open band (1a), thermostat side, and disconnect rigid pipe (1b) from intermediate sleeve (1c). 1. Unscrew bolt (1a) for rigid pipe mounting bracket (1b).2. Undo bolts (2a) and remove rigid pipe (2b) from its housing. Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the rigid pipe in position and tighten the bolts securing the heat exchanger.-Connect the pipe, thermostat side, to the intermediate sleeve and secure it with a new retaining band.- Unscrew the rigid pipe mounting bracket bolt.- Fit the engine oil filter cover in its housing and tighten the bolt and the nut.    Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R     Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE
