312001951 - 3380A35 HANDBRAKE CONTROL CABLE (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Remove the rear wheel corresponding to the handbrake cable to be removed.    Op. 4450B06 LEFT REAR WHEEL - R.R - or    Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL - R.R - Carry out the operations detailed below for both handbrake cables.    Op. 7040L22 REAR COVER ON TUNNEL - R.R. 1. Unscrew adjustment nut (1a) and loosen handbrake cables (1b).2. Remove the retaining clips from their housing 1. Release the handbrake cable from the housing on the shoe carrier disc.- Remove the handbrake cable, releasing it from the retaining mounts. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the handbrake cable is not damaged. If it is, replace it.- Fit the handbrake cable in place and secure it to the associated retaining mounts.- Fit the handbrake cable into place on the shoe carrier disc.- Connect the cable to the handbrake and secure it with the retaining clip.- Adjust the handbrake cables using the associated adjustment nut.    Op. 7040L22 REAR COVER ON TUNNEL - R.R.- Refit the rear wheel corresponding to the handbrake cable that was removed.    Op. 4450B06 LEFT REAR WHEEL - R.R - or    Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
