Removing ( Refitting ) - Ensure that the components connected are not distorted by checking the body alignment measurements with suitable equipment (reference rigs, templates or gauges).- Straighten the body as necessary.
1. Use a jigsaw following the cutting lines shown in the diagram.
1. Working on the lower part of the wing, cut along the cutting lines shown in the diagram using a hack-sawing machine.
- Use a rotary brush to remove the paint and gain access to the spot welds.
1. Use the drill to chamfer the spot welds shown in the diagram.- Use a hammer and chisel to remove the previously chamfered spot welds.

- Use a rotary brush to remove the paint and gain access to the spot welds.
1. Reduce the spot welds as indicated in the diagram using a chamfering machine.- Use a hammer and chisel to remove the previously chamfered spot welds, then remove the connecting profile between the roof and side panels.
- Use a rotary brush to remove the paint and gain access to the spot welds.
1. Use the drill to chamfer the spot welds shown in the diagram.2. Reduce the spot welds as indicated in the diagram using a chamfering machine.- Use a hammer and chisel to remove the previously chamfered spot welds.
1. Remove the wing unsticking it from the bodyshell in the areas shown.
- Use a rotary brush to remove the paint and gain access to the spot welds.
1. Reduce the spot welds as indicated in the diagram using a chamfering machine.- Use a hammer and chisel to remove the previously chamfered spot welds, then remove the metal offcuts.
1. Straighten the edges of the panel.- Remove the spot weld residues using a disc grinder.- Correct any distortions to the panel using a mallet and dolly block.- Apply electro-weldable paint to the edges of the bodyshell involved in the welding later on.

1. Remove the anti-corrosion treatment from the perimeter of the replacement part shown in the diagram using a rotary brush.- Apply the electro-galvanizing paint to the edges in contact with the vehicle.
1. Remove the anti-corrosion treatment from the perimeter of the replacement part shown in the diagram using a rotary brush.2. Drill out the part at the indicated points.- Apply the electro-galvanizing paint to the edges in contact with the vehicle.
1. Apply structural sealant to the areas illustrated in the diagram.
1. Position the replacement part correctly on the bodyshell and secure it using self-locking clamps.- Check that the alignment is perfect.
1. Using the MIG welder, seam weld in the areas shown in the diagram.- Use a disc grinder to level the welding.
