Removing

Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Open the retaining band (1a) and separate the intermediate pipe from the air supply hose (1b).2. Undo the bolt securing the pipe mounting.3. Open the retaining band (3a) and disconnect the intermediate air supply pipe between the turbocharger and heat exchanger (3b).
- Working at the bench, separate the rigid section from the flexible hose if necessary.Refitting

- If they have been separated, connect the rigid section to the flexible hose.- Fit the intermediate air supply pipe between the turbocharger and heat exchanger and secure it using the retaining bands.- Tighten the bolt securing the pipe mounting.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
