    Op. 5580C AIR BAG SYSTEM - Disconnect the negative battery terminal

    Op. 7040A26 STEERING COLUMN TRIM - R+R     Op. 5580E08 AERIAL FOR ELECTRONIC KEY (CODE) - R.R     Op. 5580C18 AIR BAG MODULE - R+R     Op. 4110A10 STEERING WHEEL - R+R FOR REPLACEMENT OR CHECKS     Op. 5550A10 STALK UNIT ASSEMBLY - R+R     Op. 7040A23 INSTRUMENT PANEL FRAME IN DASHBOARD - R.R - For vehicles with a knee air bag carry out the following procedure:    Op. 5580C23 DRIVER'S KNEE BAG - R.R.- For vehicles not fitted a knee air bag carry out the following procedure:Op. 7040A30     Op. 5560B10 CONTROL PANEL - R+R     Op. 5520A14 IGNITION KEY LOCK BARREL - R+R     Op. 2125C24 GEAR LEVER KNOB - R + R     Op. 2125C02 GEAR CONTROL LEVER OUTER BOOT - R.R.    Op. 7040A28 TRIM ON GEARBOX CONTROL PANEL - R.R. - Remove both centre console side trims.    Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.- Remove both electonic window switches:    Op. 7005M10 ELECTRIC WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH (ONE) FOR ONE FRONT DOOR - R.R.     Op. 7040L20 TUNNEL COVER - R.R     Op. 7040A56 SWITCH UNIT IN DASHBOARD - R.R. 1. Prise up the glove compartment upper cover.     Op. 7040A41 SPEAKER GRILLE (ONE) LH OR RH ON INSTRUMENT FACIA - R R    Op. 7040A49 CONNECTOR HOLDER TRIM FOR EOBD - R.R.    Op. 7040A44 LEFT DASHBOARD SIDE TRIM - R.R.    Op. 5570T80 CAR RADIO EQUIPMENT - R+R     Op. 5010C30 CENTRAL AIR VENT IN DASHBOARD - R.R.    Op. 5010C12 WINDSCREEN DEMISTER DIFFUSER - R+R - Remove both diffusers:    Op. 5010C26 FRONT SIDE PANEL AIR DIFFUSER, L.H. OR R.H. - R R 1. On both sides, unscrew the bolts in the dashboard cover located in the side window demisting diffusor seats.2. Unscrew the dashboard cover bolts located in the windsreen demisting diffusor seat.3. Unscrew bolts (3a) on air conditioning control mount (3b) and unscrew lower bolts (3c).4. Unscrew lower left side bolts from the dashboard cover. 1. Prise up cap (1a) and unscrew lower right side screws (1b) from dashboard cover2. Unscrew dashboard cover radio compartment bolts.3. Unscrew lower bolts from the dashboard cover. 1. Prise up the glove compartment rear guard.2. Undo bolt (2a) and nut (2b). 1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove steering column dust guard (1b). - With the help of a second operator, remove the dashboard cover taking special care not to damage the wiring looms. Refitting ( Removing ) - Position dashboard cover in place and check wiring is correct.- Position steering column dust guard and tighten bolts.- Tighten the nut and bolt located in the glove compartment and fit rear guard.- Tighten bolt below dashboard cover, gearbox lever mount side- Tighten dashboard cover radio compartment bolt.- Tighten lower right side dashboard cover bolt and fit cap.- Tighten lower left side dashboard cover bolt.- Tighten air conditioning control mount screws and lower central screws.- Tighten dashboard cover bolts located in the windscreen demisting diffusor housing.- On both sides, tighten dashboard cover bolts located in the side window demisting diffusor seats to the correct torque.
