Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Press the clips (1a) to release the pins (1b) for the head restraint from the guide and retaining bushes.2. Remove the front seat head restraint. Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the head restraint for the front seat fitting the pins in the special housings in the bushes, pushing downwards until the mounting pins on the bushes are attached.- Check that the head restraint is correctly fitted by raising it and checking that it does not come away.
