312002286 - 1080BH DPF INPUT TEMPERATURE SENSOR OPERATION CHECK
POWER SUPPLY CHECK- Connect the positive probe of an Examiner in Voltmeter mode to terminal 1 of the temperature sensor and the negative probe to an earth point
- Turn the key to the MAR position
- Read a voltage of around 5 Volts

SENSOR RESISTANCE CHECK- Disconnect the wiring connector from the sensor
- Connect an Examiner in Ohmmeter mode to the sensor terminals
- Check the resistance is similar to the attached table
